this invitation to you to attend the 2nd ICKKF World All Styles
Championship to be held in Torres Novas, Portugal, March 23-24-25,
2012.
The festivities will
begin on Thursday with the Judges refresher course. But all
major Teams arrive on Friday 23, since that day is reserved
for World Championship for Children 4 to 12 years old. If you
wish to bring children to the event, it´s the same process,
although you will need to come on Thursday 22 or before.
We look forward to having the opportunity to extend our hospitality
to your team and officials attending. Please find enclosed the
event schedule, Barrack Information’s, Hotel and Transportation
information.

PROCEDURE
1. The ICKKF Application
Papers and Payments need to be sent up to March 5, 2012. That
includes:
1.1 Registration
Fees, Hotel or Academy Barrack Fees.
1.2 All Teams Included in Pack 1 to 6 need to make all applications
and payments up to February 12.
1.3 Official registration Papers and Codes, Transfer Accounts
and Official data will be sent as you decide to attend the event.

All Teams that make reservation Outside the Event Organization
are responsible for their transportation. We advise you not
to make reservations but the ones we have to offer in the Packages

GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Participants:
1.1 All participants must have insurance assumed by their organizations.
1.2 If VISA is required the Committee needs to have that information
as sun as possible, so all procedures can be properly done.
1.3 All participants need to have their one equipment and make
applications on the specific limit time.
1.4 All arrivals need to be schedule, so the Committee Bus can
get all the team members.
1.5 All teams that decide to make different arrangements for
Hotel and transportation should inform the Committee, so we
have full knowledge of the team’s locations.
1.6 All payments need to be done at the specific limit time
that includes Championship Fees, Hotel, and Special Packages.
1.7 All Coaches and competitors should truly understand and
be able to compete under the ICKKF regulations. As they are
similar to others, ICKKF also haves specific demands on their
divisions.
1.8 All National Team Leaders can give seminars on ICKKF World
Championships. We only need your “OK”.
